Anne-Sofie is the Managing Director of Harbour Family Governance and a trusted advisor for a number of owner families and high-net-worth individuals in Denmark. She has a background in strategy and communication and advises on ownership strategy, generational succession, family office, family constitutions, development of the next generation, philanthropy, and other exciting facets of family ownership. Anne-Sofie is also the co-author of the book ‘Generational Ownership – Family, Fortune & Family Office’, which was published in 2023.

Kim is a Trusted Family Advisor in the Harbor Family Governance team. He has more than 20 years of experience advising high-profile families and exhibits a well-honed instinct for practical leadership after many years as an officer in the Danish Armed Forces. He was named Leader of the Year in 2009 by Lederne and wrote the Management Book of the Year in 2015, ‘Follow Me’. Kim also has experience with foundations, art and culture, as well as diplomacy and business, which gives him a strong foundation for advising on the challenges of family ownership.

Mette is Director at Harbour Family Governance with over 20 years of experience in strategic consulting and leadership. She has been an advisor for family-owned, foundation-owned, and publicly listed companies, and was previously Vice President at one of Denmark’s largest foundation-owned companies. Mette’s background includes a Ph.D., a master’s degree in economics (cand.oecon.), and she is a certified Executive Coach as well as a High Performance & Mental Trainer.

Erik holds a master’s degree in economics (cand.oecon.) and has experience from family-owned businesses and family offices. He specializes particularly in ownership strategy, investment logic, family office, and strategic philanthropy.

Sofie holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Psychology (cand.merc.psyk) and is certified in both personality and talent profiling. She has experience with ownership strategy, generational succession, and personal development among Next Gens from a wide range of owner families in Denmark.

Mathias has experience with establishing family offices, Next Gen initiatives, and strategic philanthropy, and has previously worked in M&A focusing on owner-led companies.

Søren Brandi is the Managing Partner at H&B and Chairman of the Board at Harbour Family Governance. He advises on corporate and ownership strategy for some of Denmark’s largest family-owned companies. Søren is also the author of more than 20 books on leadership and strategy. Notably, he is the co-author of the book ‘Generational Ownership – Family, Fortune & Family Office’, which was published in 2023.
